Day 3: Finding Energy

When running a marathon, you have to remember to resist the urge to sprint.

When I first began this million dollar journey, just a few short days ago, I sort of expected that I’d come out of the gate like a rocket on fire.

In reality, it’s been a much different start to my journey.

Maybe it’s the sheer magnitude of what I’m trying to do, but I’ve found myself tired and lacking in energy.

Have you ever experienced that?

I know my desire is strong enough.

I know my skills are good enough.

Truthfully, I think the hardest part is taking those first few steps because it proves that you’ve committed.

Additionally, there are non-business areas of my life that need to be part of my journey.

In my case, this means focusing more on the physical and spiritual aspects of my life.

Energy is created through exercise, and there was a time when I never missed a day.

Likewise, practicing your faith on a daily basis is also very important.

I plan to really start focusing on each of these areas starting today.

How about you?

Do you find that other areas of your life play indirect roles in your business and level of energy?

What’s something you need to work on that you’ve been putting off for a while?
